Smell gas? Act first, call second.
If you ever smell gas: open windows and doors, don't operate electrical switches, turn the gas off at the meter if it's safe to do so, and call the National Gas Emergency line on 0800 111 999 immediately. Once the emergency service has made things safe, we can carry out any repairs or replacement work needed.
